Every morning the girls like to make requests as to how they want their hair done for the day. It is usually something like "I want Hannah Montana hair!" (up in a pony tail) or "I want Taylor Swift hair!" (curly) but yesterday Victoria said "I want straight hair!" So I flat ironed her hair... look how long her hair is when it is straight and not all wild and crazy...
She looks like a different kid!!

On to some more exciting news than Victoria's new hair... Today I booked a trip to Disneyland for the 4 of us :) We aren't telling the girls about it yet for 2 reasons... 1. We want to surprise them with little Mickey dolls the morning we leave and tell them they are going to Disneyland. 2. We don't want to listen to them ask "How many more sleeps?" for the next 3 months!
We are going to be gone for 8 nights towards the end of April. I am really excited about this trip... it will be our first 'big' trip as a family. It is going to be hard to keep it a surprise from the girls... I have already felt tempted to tell them!
Brad and Kara have agreed to pet / house sit for us so it is a big weight off my mind that the pets (Pistol especially) will be OK. Pistol is getting on in years and she is kind of special needs now with her eye condition. But she really is a sweet dog (even if she slurps her water too loud according to Brad and Kara!)
We are also looking forward to spending some time with Christy and Jeff while we are in California too... they live not too far from Disneyland :)

VICTORIA IS OFFICIALLY POTTY TRAINED!!!!
WAY TO GO BIG GIRL VICTORIA!!
I refused to go to Disneyland with kids in diapers so after 4 and a half years of packing diapers around and dealing with changing diapers this is going to be a very freeing moment for me :) On to the next stage in our lives....

YAY! Thanks for the update!!! I definitely hope Pistol won't be slurping her water too loud every morning! But, I think the only reason why we heard that was because Hannah woke us up by dropping her bath toys and singing at the top of her lungs! :-)
Hannah up early and singing... impossible!! LOL! Was she singing one of her orginal songs?
Of course she was. I had no idea what she was singing, but it sounded beautiful! ha ha :-)
i think Disneyland is the most exciting news than either Hannah's hair and Victoria's toilet habits!
