Our Busy Day

We woke up this morning to SNOW! Pistol is not impressed... she doesn't like to get her feet wet and has been refusing to go outside.

We took the girls to a Pancake Breakfast with Santa this morning in Fort Langley. It was kind of lame but Hannah and Victoria are too little to know any better. Dave bought Hannah some raffle tickets and she won a Dora backpack and a talking mirror... she was thrilled :)

While the girls were having their afternoon nap Dave went out in the snow and hung up our Christmas lights... he's crazy!

After nap time we went to Twin Rinks for the Skating with Santa that was advertised in the paper. I borrowed Ava's little ice skates for Hannah and she did pretty good on the ice. She held onto the bar and shuffled along while I skated behind her. Santa came over and chatted with her which was cute. Dave isn't a big fan of ice skating so he was pretty happy to sit out with Victoria and watch us from the stands :)

After skating we went to the Santa Parade downtown Langley... the girls liked watching the parade but it was really cold out. It has been snowing all day! We watched the parade for about half an hour and then we went into Choo Choo's to have dinner before heading home.

What a busy day to kick of the busy holiday season!

Saturday I did a photoshoot at the beach in capris and flip-flops!
...Hope the snow sticks around for me!!!

PS: Dolphins were playing in the waves, (there were about 5 of them), and the we could see whales' blow spouts allover the place!!
