Dora & Diego

So I am a die hard Dora mom... Last Friday I waited in line for an hour and a half to get Hannah, Victoria, Tysen and Joshua tickets for the Dora and Diego meet and greet at Willowbrook Mall. Yes, you read that right... an hour and a half. For those of you who are unaware... Hannah is a Dora-fanatic. She LOVES Dora the Explorer!

I didn't even tell her I got the tickets because I knew she would be too excited (and drive me further up the wall)! Today I went into her room to wake her up from her nap and she just groaned and rolled over to continue sleeping (she TOTALLY gets that from Dave). Then I whispered in her ear that we were going to the mall to meet Dora and Diego and she shot out of bed like a bullet :)

Our ticket time was for 5pm and we had to wait about 20 minutes or so in the line. I left Hannah strapped in the stroller because she was pretty excited and I didn't want her to take off on me. When we got to the front of the line I let her loose... she marched right up to Dora and said 'Hi Dora' then she asked where 'Boots' was. I told her 'Boots' had to stay home. Then she high fived Dora and Diego and I snapped a few pictures of her talking to them.

Victoria was kind of looking at them funny... she was probably wondering what the heck was going on with these giant dolls walking around. They must have seemed so enormous to her!
